Painted Woods Youth Golf Program
Sponsored by the North Dakota Youth Golf Association, Painted Woods Golf Course, Great River Energy, BHG/Viking Screen Prints along with partnerships from Wilton and Turtle Lake summer youth programs.
This is a program that offers area youth the opportunity to learn the basic skills, etiquette, and rules of golf in a kid- friendly atmosphere.
Children are encourage to hone their skills every Monday with individual/group lessons under the guidance of trained professionals.
Parents bring your kids the first day, on June 6th.1:00pm then after that they can ride the bus from the school(12:45).After the first day the golf pro will decide if the group times will stay the same or combine the older groups. thanks
Lessons start June 6, 2011
Instruction includes:
- Full swing with irons and woods
- Rules and Etiquette
Youth lessons will start Monday, June 6, 2011. The lessons will run every Monday for 6 weeks. There will be 2 sessions for ages 8-17. Sign up for 1:00pm-2:15pm or 2:15pm-3:30pm. The 5-7 age group will run 3:30pm-4:15pm. $15 dollars per child or $25 for 2 children per family. Call the club house or stop by to sign up your kids.
